I do not take commissions or “rebates” from anyone.
Our decisions on purchases and sourcing are made solely on the basis of your aesthetics, function, and price.
Transparent Pricing – never any markups from me. You may act as my agent and I, yours, with confidence.
Introducing you to my Suppliers and Vendors is pro forma with me. So you may continue without me as necessary, without any hard feelings.
Especially if you are in Real Estate, Staging, etc. you can enjoy networking with the vendor so that — one day — you may not need me any longer.
But as long as we buy together, if you go with and me you will enjoy my Designer Discounts, pricing, efficiency, effort. And then there’s my non-stop flow of creativity, if you can stand listening to me.
It may behoove you to include me on any-sized project depending on total moving parts and the consequent coordination required. Only you can know that.
Pricing and Fees for Large-Scale or Special Projects where I act as General Contractor will be stipulated in the Contract itself and agreed upon in advance.
For the acquisition of Collectibles, Art, and other Priceless Objects or Intellectual Properties there will be variable commissions agreed-upon in advance, including negotiating the Securities involved for each. This can cross over into Interior Design efforts. If you desire such services, lets talk.
